Every weekday morning at 4am, I’m up and out the door for 5am Mach983 CrossFit class– and no, it’s not because I have some secret love affair with early mornings. I love sleeping in! But here’s the thing, I’ve come to realize that conquering my morning is the first step to conquering my goals. It’s all about that routine game. When I’ve got my routine on lock, I march into the day with a swagger of certainty, and that’s the secret sauce that keeps my momentum chugging towards success.

And yes, I also love my real coffee and  in the early hours!
