The Role of Assessments in a Personal Development Plan

 

Hello, everybody! This is Tonya Dawn Recla, your Super Power Expert, and I’m delighted to have with me today. Our guest today – she’s a blast. You all are really going to enjoy her energy and appreciate her. And I want to tell you a little bit about her and then I’ll bring her on because I was feeling this conversation is going to be a lot of fun. But we’re going to be talking today about The Role of Assessments in a Personal Development Plan. I know a lot of times we talk theory and philosophy and people want to know, “OK, how do you do it?” And so I really wanted to kind of let’s get like down and dirty with how do you do it in some practical application thing, all while staying in tune to that kind of high frequency stuff that we love to talk about here. But she’s the founder of Innovation Quotient. And she created it, she founded it, and this is, if you all know me for more than a day, you know I’m a little bit hesitant about most assessments because I think we’ve kind of evolved beyond a lot of them. But I was really intrigued with this one because it tackles like head on the concept of innovation.
