I tend to play it safe!” Here’s the thing, risk isn’t an all or none skill, it’s actually a muscle you build over time. Now, if you are thinking, I don’t need more risk in my life, I’d like you to be open to a new perspective. In this episode I’m going to suggest a few reasons why we all need to dial up our risk muscles. I’m also going to share some activities you can do to begin to flex and strengthen your risk muscles.
