Looking outside our own backyard is sometimes necessary to avoid becoming too myopic in our outlook, which is why I have Marco Santarelli, real estate innovator, to join me today to share some of his insights that everyone can apply to their business.
Marco is the Founder and President of Norada Real Estate, a premier real estate investment firm that operates in a variety of markets across the country. He is also the host of the Passive Real Estate Investing Podcast, and has a book of the same name coming out in the fall.
What is it like, innovating within a structured industry like real estate?
