It’s easy to believe that your way of doing things or your perspective on a situation is the only one. Or perhaps to believe that your opinions and viewpoints on matters are right, while others are wrong. In this episode I explore how we can all be climbing the same mountain and yet have drastically different experiences. I dig into how two (or more) people can have very different vantage points that lead to different stories, perspectives and opinions. However  those differing experiences don’t have to pull you further apart. In fact, it’s actually helpful in so many ways. I also give you a few personal examples to help bring this to life.
