It’s easier to be attached to the things we know, even when they aren’t good for us than to deal with the fear and discomfort of the unknown. At least it used to be for me. In this episode, I share my experience about being attached to the wrong emotions, the ones that weren’t serving me because I could anticipate them. And, it’s when I broke free from those emotions, or the attachment to what I know, that I began to experience tremendous success in work and life. In fact, everything started to really fall into place when I changed this part of my life. I hope when you listen to this episode, you’ll also realize a few negative or toxic emotional attachments that aren’t serving you.
